These terms govern access to and use of the WhaleWatch information service.
Effective August 23, 2026
By accessing WhaleWatch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
WhaleWatch displays information derived from public prediction-market activity. WhaleWatch does not operate a betting or trading platform, accept wagers, hold funds, execute transactions, or act as a broker, adviser, or fiduciary.
Content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice and should not be treated as a recommendation to enter any transaction. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.
You are responsible for determining whether prediction-market services are lawful and available in your location and whether you meet all age, identity, and eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law and any third-party provider.
Links to Polymarket and other services are provided for convenience. WhaleWatch is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket. Some Polymarket links contain a referral code, and WhaleWatch may receive compensation from qualifying activity after you follow one of those links. This does not change the information displayed by WhaleWatch or the terms that apply when you use Polymarket. Third-party terms, restrictions, fees, availability, and privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, or incorrect. Calculated payouts and resolved results are estimates based on available public information and assumptions described by the service. WhaleWatch does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts WhaleWatch or its providers.
The WhaleWatch name, design, software, and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, market information, and media remain the property of their respective owners.
WhaleWatch is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. WhaleWatch is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on displayed information, use of a third-party service, unavailable features, or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
The service and these terms may change over time. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
