This policy explains what WhaleWatch collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to visitors.
Effective August 23, 2026
WhaleWatch publishes information about public prediction-market activity. This policy applies to the WhaleWatch website and its analytics features.
WhaleWatch does not require an account and does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, wallet identities, precise locations, or payment information.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived by Google, referral and campaign information, and interactions such as filter changes, card selections, sharing actions, and outbound Polymarket clicks. Public market details associated with an interaction may include a market category, slug, outcome, and bet amount.
Analytics is optional. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics.” If you decline, WhaleWatch does not send analytics measurement requests to Google.
Your choice is stored in your browser under a dedicated local-storage setting. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time to withdraw or change that choice. Clearing site data also removes the saved choice.
WhaleWatch does not use analytics data to identify individual wallets or build profiles of bettors.
Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy documentation. Processing may occur in countries other than your own. Analytics data is retained according to the WhaleWatch Google Analytics property settings and Google’s applicable policies.
WhaleWatch links to Polymarket and may link to other third-party services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave WhaleWatch. WhaleWatch does not control those services.
You may use WhaleWatch without enabling analytics. You can withdraw consent through the footer, clear browser storage, or use browser privacy controls. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional rights concerning personal information.
This policy may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
